How to Optimise Success & Fulfilment
I’ve learned so many great things that I would like to draw to your intention with the specific aim of elevating happiness and success simultaneously and continuously. Examining these components allows you to find valuable insights and solutions to immediately make improvements. In the section headed "Optimising Success and Fulfilment," you have a pathway to start raising the benchmark of your happiness and success, followed by three steps to bring your new insights to life.Â
Six Areas to Identify When Success and Happiness Are Absent, Inconsistent, or You Feel Like You're Stuck:

1. Prime AspirationsÂ
People who are unclear about their heartfelt desires (prime aspirations) and what motivates them from within don’t feel fully alive. Why? Because their talent, their inner beauty, is not being expressed fully.
2. Negative Emotions:
Emotions are meant to motivate and direct our actions. However, all too often, they drive and distort people. Negative emotions reduce our strength and focus and if not used wisely, limit our greatness.
3. Yoyo Attitude:
Once we judge information only based on our outward senses, we see an endless series of conditions that match this limiting perception. In a nutshell, the outside has taken away our power to create from within. People become self-critical; worry, doubt, and fear set in.
4. Heart, Mind, and Emotions Out of Sync:
This is arguably the most important point. When our heart, mind, and emotions are out of sync, it’s called being incoherent. Incoherence has such a massive impact. We do things even though there’s a deeper sense or feeling that this is not the best choice. You can see this when people make poor choices when other options are available. Â

- Ability to think clearly
- Remember
- Learn
- Reason
- Make effective decisions
5. Inconsistent and Ineffective Actions:
Too often, people’s actions lack conviction, their full energy, and attention. A story, limiting thoughts or distractions, limits their consistency and effectiveness. This has to be interrupted with a better vision, ideally inspired from the heart.
6. Plateaued:
Many people settle at a certain level because they don’t know how to ascend plateaus. They have peak experiences instead of conditioning and moving into coherence that raises their baseline of living.
Optimising Success and Fulfilment:
1. Clearly Defined Heartfelt Desire—Prime Aspirations:
When you can crystallise and communicate internally or externally the beauty that you have within and desire to express, your whole world changes because you are the person who inspires you.
2. Corresponding Emotions:
Living and feeling from the heart has profound effects because it is part of being in a state of coherence. When we match and can skilfully experience what it is like to have achieved our heartfelt desire, our prime aspiration, we’ve just tapped into unlimited energy and motivation, changing our whole chemistry, brain, and output.
3. Absolute Accomplished Attitude:
 There’s a way to establish a new base of thinking and sustain it. When feedback says no, the Absolute Accomplished Attitude technique turns on our creative power and focus. This is done by having a complete sensory experience of our Prime Aspiration in a very natural way.
4. Heart, Mind, and Emotions in Sync:
When the heart, mind, and emotions are in sync when they align all at once, they are working in harmony; this produces a state of synchronisation that yields the following1
- Promotes Optimal Health and Performance
- Positive feelings are reinforced
- Greater Emotional stability
- Increased mental clarity
- Make more effective decisions.
- State of Optimal Function
- Enhances Creativity
This is where our best is expressed often and naturally. The following words describe this state: flow, swing, groove, zone, etc…
The Vagus nerve, which connects the heart and brain, physically changes in a state of coherence, proving that coherence physically changes our body and how it works.2Â
5. Consistent & Effective Actions:
 When we are in a state of coherence we express our best and our actions are done in a certain way. It’s easier to take action and do things well.
6. Ascending Plateaus:
I’ve developed the Prime Aspiration Statement technique. In just 2-3 minutes, it has been designed to establish a new baseline of success and happiness. It’s simple, fun, widely enriching, moorish it's a treat you create for.

Define Your Prime Aspiration:
Take a moment to reflect and write down your most heartfelt desire or prime aspiration. Ask yourself what truly motivates you from within and how you can start working towards it today. This clarity will serve as your compass.
2. Practice Emotional Coherence:
Spend 5 minutes each day experiencing that you've completed your Prime Aspiration.  Focus on the emotions tied to achieving your prime aspiration. Imagine what it feels like to have already accomplished your heartfelt desire, allowing yourself to experience those feelings vividly. This will help align your emotions with your vision.
3. Align Actions with your Prime Aspiration:
Identify one activity that will bring you closer to realising your aspiration. Ensure that this is in the direction of your Prime Aspiration, so it fosters a sense of progress. Consider initiating a routine that supports ongoing growth, such as dedicating time to completing at least one action per day in the direction of your Prime Aspiration.
