Event Terms

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These Event Terms apply when you register for or attend any live event run by Paul Rodden (ABN 35 160 692 345), who operates PRA100.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). This includes webinars, live calls, workshops, masterminds, seminars and retreats, whether online or in person (each an “Event”).

They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also apply. If these Event Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these Event Terms apply to the Event. By registering for an Event, you agree to these terms.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our Events come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Event Terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.

2. Registration and tickets

  • The price, date, time, format (online or in person) and what’s included are shown on the Event’s registration or checkout page.
  • Your registration is for you only, unless you transfer it under section 3.
  • Free Events may have limited places. If an Event has a real capacity limit, we’ll say so on the registration page.

3. Changes, transfers and refunds

  • If you can’t attend a paid Event: email us at least 7 days before it starts and we’ll either transfer your place to another person or move you to a future date of the same Event.
  • Refunds: if the Event was part of a program you bought, the program’s 30-day money-back guarantee in our Terms of Use still applies. Otherwise, standalone Event tickets aren’t refunded for change of mind, but can be transferred as above.
  • If we cancel or reschedule: we’ll tell you as soon as we can. You can choose a place at the new date or a full refund of what you paid for the Event.
  • Program changes: we may change speakers, timing or content to improve the Event. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we’ll offer a fair alternative or a pro-rata refund.
  • We aren’t responsible for travel or accommodation you book for an in-person Event, so please consider travel insurance.

4. Conduct

Please be respectful to other attendees, speakers, staff and venue hosts, including during breaks and in online chat. We may remove anyone from an Event, without a refund, if they are abusive, disruptive, intoxicated, unsafe or breach these Event Terms. Your ACL rights still apply.

5. Recording and photos

  • You may not record any part of an Event (audio, video, screen capture or photos of the content) without our written permission.
  • We record Events. Online calls, webinars and sessions are recorded as standard, and replays are shared with program members, as set out in our Privacy Policy. In-person Events may be photographed or filmed. If you’d rather not appear, keep your camera off, change your display name, send your question in advance, or tell our team at an in-person Event.
  • Marketing use: we will only use your name, image, voice or testimonial in public marketing with your consent.

6. Confidentiality of other attendees

Attendees often share personal experiences. Please keep what others share at an Event confidential and don’t share their names, images or stories outside the Event without their permission.

7. Our materials

All Event content, workbooks, frameworks and materials belong to us. You may use them for your own personal and professional development, but you may not copy, share, resell, teach or train others from them without our written permission. See section 7 of our Terms of Use.

8. Coaching, not professional advice

Our Events are for personal and professional development and education. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You’re responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact your doctor, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.

9. Results

We can’t guarantee any particular outcome, including career, income or business results. Results depend on your effort, circumstances and many factors outside our control. See our Income Disclaimer.

10. Health and safety (in-person Events)

  • Please follow the venue’s safety rules and our team’s instructions.
  • Let us know before the Event about any health condition or need that our team should be aware of, so we can help keep you safe.
  • If you need emergency medical help during an Event, we’ll call emergency services.
  • You’re responsible for your own belongings.

11. Age

Events are for adults. Attendees aged 16 or 17 may attend with a parent or guardian’s consent and, for in-person Events, must be accompanied by them throughout. We may ask for proof of age.

12. Content and language

Events cover personal and professional growth and may include adult themes and occasional strong language. We always aim to use these with care and respect.

13. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to take part. If you need an adjustment, such as captions, an interpreter, accessible seating or materials in another format, please email us as early as possible (ideally at least 14 days before the Event). We’ll make reasonable adjustments wherever we can.

14. Liability

Subject to section 1 and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an Event is limited as set out in section 12 of our Terms of Use. Nothing in these Event Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

15. Changes to these Event Terms

We may update these Event Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be on this page. Changes won’t affect a registration already made, unless the change is required by law or is in your favour.

16. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please email us first; we’ll aim to respond within 5 business days and work with you in good faith to resolve it. If we can’t agree, either of us may seek help from Consumer Affairs Victoria or VCAT, or take the matter to a court. These Event Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
