Dear Friend,
Thank you for your interest in joining our Friends Of Pascoe Vale United Cricket Club Club raffle; your support would be much appreciated and assist the development of senior and junior cricket, both male and female in the community. From the proceeds, ‘The Friends’ will provide funds for equipment, facilities, coaching and any other needs to help cricket development.
It is easy to join, you will need to set up a BPAY electronic annual payment, or you can pay with a card or Paypal.
Before you join please refer to the club rules detailed below:
1. Subscriptions to the raffle shall be $84 per annum.
2. Annual subscriptions will be due 12 months after the start of the raffle or when you first pay your subscription
3. Only members who have no arrears at the date of each draw shall be eligible to enter the draw.
4. The Committee shall be entitled to deduct from the prize fund monthly running expenses for administration etc., not exceeding $20, and one half of the net subscriptions for each year commencing ( I November) shall be paid out in prizes. The committee shall review prizes at three monthly intervals in the light of the number in the raffle.
5. The results of each draw shall be published on the club website, facebook page and any other medium deemed useful.
6. The Committee shall have powers to vary these rules as it, in its absolute discretion, thinks fit, provided a copy of the new rules is circulated to all members and no objections are raised by the membership within one month.
7. Your payment indicates acceptance of the terms and rules .
Here is what happens:
Step 1: Complete your details in the form called Pay with BPAY and submit it.
Step 2: Make your BPAY payment
N.B. When setting up your electronic payment please quote your name or company as the Payee reference so your payment can be reconciled with our system.
Step 3. Optional - Set your payment up as an annual payment. This will make sure you have a ticket or tickets to the monthly and special prize draws.
