From where you are now to where you truly want to be!

Leadership is defined in many ways but the simplest description, and the one which sums it up and distinguishes leaders, is that they create and build shared vision; they engage the many and varied stakeholders to the vision, and by doing this they deliver results i.e. Vision - engage - deliver. The development/learning process is the key.

This is a results orientated advancement program which delivers improved individuals as well as leaders.

The meetings can be divided into four areas:
1. The vision
2. Performance
3. Power virtues as a leader
4. Demonstrating leadership

After each meeting all individuals have 3 specific actions to take to ensure they continue to make fast progress, accelerating their own individual areas of leadership.

Each meeting is laser like in following the principles which throughout history have developed great leaders.
1. Vision
2. Engage
3. Deliver

Vision is 80% of success you must have this defined and be able to articulate it otherwise you are already under-performing.

Meeting one:

THE INITIAL CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR VISION is the most important single driver in great leaders.

Meeting two:

Changing your paradigm:

Each leader will learn how to take every future situation or circumstance--- good, bad or indifferent--- as being an untapped opportunity? and ultimately an advantage

Meeting three:

Leadership Profiling:

Leaders have distinct qualities which are clear and evident to others. Each individual is profiled. You will have three power virtues you want to develop to become an even better leader.

Meeting four:

Demonstrating leadership:

This meeting allows the individual to demonstrate their leadership qualities. Each individual will uncover an area to show their leadership qualities and then undertake action to do so. This may be within the organization or outside.
